ROOK RETURN POLICY



Thank you for your ROOK purchase! Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected your items and confirms that they are in their original condition. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for when it is delivered at our warehouse for your return/exchange to be processed.

 

You have 10 days to do either a return or exchange after your order has been delivered. All returns/exchanges must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, ROOK will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

 

All sale items are only eligible for exchanges only and no refunds. We can’t guarantee we will have your size available for an exchange as our inventory is constantly changing.

 

Please use the bottom of this page to return your items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges.

 

 

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash all ROOK tees inside out on a delicate cycle. Machine wash cold and tumble dry on low. Wash dark colors separately. NO BLEACH.
